We're looking for a seasoned WordPress Developer & Landing Page Team Lead to join our team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns with millions of dollars in ad spend. They'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.
1. Landing Page Development & Campaign Execution:
* Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from various advertising platforms
* Owning the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch
* Ensuring pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiences
* Implementing and troubleshooting complex tracking scenarios, including server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution
* Optimizing landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates
* Conducting A/B testing and implementing rapid iterations based on campaign performance data
2. HubSpot Integration & Data Management:
* Building and maintaining seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM
* Ensuring accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization
* Implementing and validating proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpot
* Creating custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives
* Troubleshooting data discrepancies and ensuring marketing attribution accuracy
3. Technical Leadership & Team Management:
* Leading and mentoring a team of developers
* Managing workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns
* Establishing and enforcing development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices
* Conducting code reviews and providing constructive technical feedback
* Creating project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of campaign assets
* Serving as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
4. Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
* Implementing rigorous QA processes before campaign launch
* Verifying all tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly across devices and browsers
* Maintaining detailed documentation of tracking implementations and technical specifications
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact campaign performance
* Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all tracking implementations
