Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talented individuals from underrepresented groups.

About the Role:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and enhance our employer brand.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
