About The Team/Role
Our Sales Coordinators will work in DriverLab’s team, focused on innovation projects for our drivers. This role is based on developing new partnerships and coordinating the sales vertical in a new region, leading acquisition and partnership development, through the deal with gas stations to join the new 99 marketplace: 99Abastece. Be prepared for a fast-paced, challenging and joyful environment.
In this role, you’ll be…
* Focus on execution with the sales team to develop new partnerships on the 99Abastece business, handling the initial contact stage through onboarding and engagement dynamics.
* Support team management: manage acquisition, activation and support team (third party).
* Maintain close relationships with portfolio customers, providing a positive experience and strategic consulting for partners to improve profitability.
* Ensure collaboration with stakeholder teams to improve operational productivity (marketing, S&Ops, HR, legal, procurement).
* Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture and support engagement and development of the team.
We’re eager to hear from you if you have…
* 4–5 years of experience in sales B2B/B2C, fuel, food delivery, strategy consulting, or other professional services with a proven data-driven performance track record.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Availability for business travel about twice a month.
* Experience in team management.
* Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of taking ownership to ensure solutions.
* Intermediate English knowledge; may involve interactions with international stakeholders in Brazil and abroad.
* Problem-solving with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and use data-driven insights.
* Clear communication and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
* Comfort with learning and using new software tools and working in a dynamic environment.
