You will work closely with Umbrella leadership to understand the needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsSales and Business Development:Develop entire sales strategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesDevelop and present proposals to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and close sales dealsStrategic Planning:Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotasBuild process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansionAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthProject Management:Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client expectationsReporting and Analysis:Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance with other leadershipUse CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales dataCollaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service deliveryAdaptability:Be able to adapt and adjust to what the business needs areQualifications:Professional English fluencyExperience building successful sales strategy for BPO/Outsourcing companiesStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsMinimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in the outsourcing market including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quotaProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeBachelor’s Degree (Nice to have)What We Provide:Full-time (40 hours a week)Location: RemoteCompetitive salary compensation based on experienceTraining and growth opportunities provided by Umbrella BPO and outside entitiesAbility to grow your career and determine your next move at Umbrella BPOWhy Umbrella BPO?Umbrella is a mission-driven company with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
