About the RoleWe are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You’ll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.WHAT YOU WILL DOCandidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including Linkedin, AI tools and own data base.Passive search: Source, screen applicantsLead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessmentEnd to end Recruiting for selected mid level searches (30%)Build and manage candidate pipelineConduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.Support client communications and progress check-ins.Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.Business Development Support (10%)Research companies, markets, and potential clientsBuild prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the companyIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.Bachelor’s degree mandatory.Location: Brazil remote. Preference for São Paulo, SP.
