* Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic training catalog.
* Rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
* Develop and drive the development of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Expertise in leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Ability to analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
