We are looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to work on the EAB team in Elias Fausto, SP.
Main responsibilities
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
* Attend to internal and external customers;
* Issue tax invoices, typing information into the system;
* Monitor truck flow via SAP;
* Perform necessary checks for vehicle release;
* Vehicle weighing;
* Generate and verify reports;
* Assist in cleaning and organizing the environment.
* Comply with the company's SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards;
* Perform other related activities.
Requirements and skills
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
* High school diploma;
* Basic Office package;
* Availability for 5x1 shift and shifts (morning, afternoon, or night);
* Reside in Rafard or Capivari, SP.
