We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team.
This role plays a key part in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
* Partnering with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
* Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for technical and non-technical roles
* Managing full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-demand positions
* Ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
We are looking for someone with:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
* Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
* Familiarity with technical and non-technical profiles
* Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills
