Key Responsibilities of a SAP MM DRC Consultant:
* Design, configure, and implement SAP DRC solutions in conjunction with Materials Management processes.
* Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements for electronic invoicing and statutory reporting.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to procurement and invoice processing.
* Integrate SAP DRC with Materials Management functionalities such as purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
* Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design, testing, training, cutover, and go-live support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DRC integration with Materials Management, including document mapping, output management, and interface errors.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, SD, and technical teams.
* Support change management, user training, and documentation efforts related to DRC processes.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with at least 1–2 years working with SAP DRC or eDocument Framework.
* Solid understanding of Materials Management processes: procurement, invoice verification, goods movement, vendor master data.
* Hands-on experience with SAP DRC configuration, including output determination, mapping, and eDocument cockpit.
* Familiarity with local compliance regulations and tax reporting requirements in countries such as Spain, Hungary, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, etc.
* Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP FI and Output Management.
* Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
