 
        
        Key Account Manager - Brazil & LATAM
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Service function and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM.
 * Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM;
 * Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication;
 * Develop key customer service processes and systems, establish management rules, and track the status of key customers;
 * Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports;
 * Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience.
Qualifications:
 * At least 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.
 * Client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
 * Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
 * Strong communication and writing skills.
 * Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus.
 * Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
