Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of key projects across various technological tracks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, meeting customer expectations and budget requirements.
* Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring seamless collaboration among technology teams and stakeholders.
* Regularly update customer stakeholders on project progress through scheduled reports.
* Closely work with customers to define and document project scope, adhering to established standards.
* Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
* Evaluate and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring SLAs are met and service credits/penalties avoided.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
* Utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills to maintain high-level performance within service teams.
* Establish and track KRAs and KPIs for team members, supporting individual growth and development.
* Work closely with TAG teams to hire the right resources for various tracks.
* Ensure SOWs are signed and invoices cleared on-time by collaborating with finance teams and customer stakeholders.
* Provide regular feedback to team members, addressing performance gaps and course-correcting as needed.
* Identify opportunities with customer stakeholders, creating proposals with effort estimates, solutions, and financial breakdowns.
