Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience.
* IT knowledge and experience with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
