Responsibilities and duties
* Support contracted contractors in executing external activities;
* Validate service orders by analyzing compliance with required criteria;
* Ensure SLA compliance;
* Fill out rework forms for non-compliant services;
* Assist the operations team with escalations.
Requirements and qualifications
* High school diploma completed;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
