We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Specialist to elevate our company's visibility in key LATAM markets.
This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and execute regional PR calendars, align local media, and ensure consistent communication with global and regional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Regional PR Strategy: Create a regional PR calendar and embargo plan that aligns with our company's overall marketing strategy.
* Cultivate Media Relationships: Build strong connections with top-tier tech and gaming editors, reviewers, and influencers in the LATAM region.
* Lead Events: Organize and manage virtual and local events, including press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
* Sample Allocation: Manage sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets.
* PR Opportunities: Drive joint PR opportunities with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators.
* Culture Adaptation: Adapt global press materials for LATAM audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
* Media Tracking: Track press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and languages.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure PR success.
* Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
