About The Site
Wind power generation facility located in João Camara, Rio Grande do Norte.
Position Overview
As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the wind farm.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Coordinate resource availability with applicable areas.
Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
Work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.
Required Skills
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and valid CFT's License.
Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
Strong knowledge of WTG O&M contract management.
Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Desired Skills
Engineering degree.
MBA degree in project management or related field.
