About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success Senior Manager at a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing calendars, and coordinating with account managers to ensure seamless client setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Onboarding Excellence: Build and optimize bio pages for new clients, coordinate with account managers, configure calendar linking systems, and ensure a flawless onboarding experience.
* Client Relationship Management: Facilitate and manage offboarding communications, execute drip message campaigns, conduct account audits, and handle monthly billing follow-ups.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend client meetings, take detailed meeting notes, create actionable task lists, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
