About the Role:
The Commercial Account Manager is a key position responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, complex sales projects, and ability to build and maintain long-term connections.
The main responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
* Maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
In addition, this role involves achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, driving client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, and negotiating and closing deals effectively.
