Role Overview:As a BDR, your primary focus will be outreach and relationship-building with Architects and Interior Designers across Massachusetts and surrounding areas. These professionals play a key role in recommending contractors, so building trust and positioning our company as a reliable partner is essential. Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to architects and designers from a provided databaseBuild and maintain professional relationshipsPresent Grauman Builders as a trusted and experienced contractorGenerate qualified opportunities for the sales pipelineMaintain consistent follow-ups and communicationRequirements:Strong communication skills in English. Fluent English (mandatory)Experience with cold calling or sales outreachConfidence speaking with professionals (architects, designers, etc. )Ability to build rapport quickly and naturallyOrganized and consistent with follow-upsCompensation:Base salary Comission
