Job Title: Scrum Master – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Duration: 10-11 months, Location: LATAM or Europe – Remote
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of improving velocity predictability, reducing defect leakage, and managing dependencies;
2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms;
3. A strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices, including facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement reviews/demos retrospectives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid e-commerce domain knowledge catalog pricing promotions checkout payments tax shipping returns order management systems OMS.
