OUR MISSION

The Song GN practice is aligned with the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategies, thereby reducing costs, increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and positively impacting business metrics.

HOW IS A DAY AS AN ANALYST AT ACCENTURE?

You will work closely with clients as consulting professionals to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across channels and devices.
2. Planning, designing, and executing large-scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, CRM, web, SEO/SEM, etc.
3. Providing recommendations to optimize the Campaign/Marketing automation stack and developing use cases to improve utilization of existing campaign engines.
4. Gathering business requirements and designing processes and solutions for marketing and advertising implementations.
5. Deriving insights for campaigns, working on attribution, and strategy optimization.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Collaborating with client and Accenture stakeholders and assisting in change management and adoption of new tools/processes.
2. Sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
3. Assessing marketing processes, technologies, KPIs, solutions, and vendors (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft, Adobe Platform).
4. Partnering with technology providers and agencies to deliver optimal solutions.
5. Strong understanding of marketing processes, operating models, technologies, and integrations.
6. Building effective working relationships.
7. Working effectively in remote, virtual, fast-paced environments.
8. Learning and understanding new tools and solutions.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
2. High proficiency in English.
3. Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing technology and solutions delivery.
4. Strong understanding of marketing and technologies, with ability to apply tech to improve client outreach.
5. Additional preferred skills include:
* Developing customer experience journeys and next best action strategies.
* Designing interventions for customer acquisition and engagement.
* Experience with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Paid Media, and Ads.
* Using insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
* Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
* Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
* Experience managing email, social media, or display campaigns and optimizing landing pages and funnels.
