OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive strategic initiatives, projects, and systems across our operations in the Latin America region. As a Project Manager, the person will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with the company's vision, goals, and business objectives. The ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse projects will be essential to success in this role. Como você causará um impactoResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Initiation:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.Secure necessary resources and approvals to initiate and execute projects.Project Execution and Control:Lead and manage cross-functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.Address issues and risks promptly, fostering a proactive problem‑solving approach.Coordinate the systems implementation and integration work across all the LatAm countries.Stakeholder Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively to all relevant parties.Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.Resource Management:Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to maximize project outcomes.Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless collaboration.Address resource constraints and recommend solutions to optimize productivity.Change Management:Identify and assess the impact of changes on project scope, timeline, and resources.Develop change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.Quality Assurance:Implement robust quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Establish and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Post‑Project Evaluation:Conduct post‑project evaluations to review project outcomes and identify lessons learned.Document best practices and utilize insights to improve future project execution.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile) are a plus.Proven experience (at least 8 years) as a Project Manager, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry with exposure to Latin America.Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is strongly preferred to engage with diverse stakeholders in the region.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Proficiency with the following activities : Planning, Resource management, risk management, managing schedules and timelines, and publishing status reports.Experience in LatAm ERP system localization.Experience in performing a process gap analysis and development of process flow diagrams to set up key controls.Systems implementation functional experience (General Ledger, T&E, and Accounts Payable systems)
