Administrative Support Specialist Job Description
This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional initiative to provide top-tier administrative support.
* Calendar management including scheduling and coordinating international meetings, as well as logistics coordination
* Events and meetings management involving project planning, budgeting, space requirements, IT coordination, and other necessary support
* Preparation of materials and meeting details for the Board of Directors, including communication and coordination
* Office support activities such as travel coordination, expense reimbursement, filing, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to establish strong relationships within the team. Additionally, they should be proactive, resilient, and able to adapt to ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex meeting schedules, related correspondence, and meeting details effectively
* Coordinate events and executive meetings, including project planning, budgeting, space requirements, and IT coordination
* Prepare and manage communication, materials, and meeting preparation for the Board of Directors
* Provide travel coordination, expense reimbursement, and other administrative tasks
