IT Support Analyst Role Overview
This position focuses on delivering high-quality IT system support for employees. Key responsibilities include analyzing issues, formulating solutions, and ensuring timely updates to customers.
* Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
* Provide expert-level troubleshooting for systems, applications, and hardware.
* Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues.
* Utilize internal resources to find and provide solutions to known issues.
* Research and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program required. Proven track record of IT experience also acceptable.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
Additional desired skills include knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment and experience supporting A/V environments.
