We are seeking a seasoned sales development representative to spearhead our growth strategy by establishing qualified connections with key decision-makers at fast-paced companies.
This high-volume, phone-driven role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at positioning consultative services in competitive markets.
 * Owning the top of the funnel for all outbound activities across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
 * Conducting thorough research and segmenting leads using industry-standard tools like ZoomInfo, Crelate, and LinkedIn Premium.
 * Executing 100 –120+ cold calls per day, coupled with targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging.
 * Booking qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders).
 * Tracking activity and pipeline performance through SourceWhale and internal CRM systems.
 * Collaborating closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
 * Continuously iterating and refining outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data.
