And in the next three years, to become Nº1 vendor of streaming SaaS solutions in the world.Key Responsibilitys:Constant communication with Business Development, Customer Service, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure brand strategy alignment.Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications, add-ons, and tools.Assist in identifying and resolving data and configuration anomalies and errors within the platform; Maintain high system integrity.Support the team in daily problem-solving, error correction, and support.Provide system administration support, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.Advise on campaign optimization, including recommending audience segmentation and improving efficiency in setting up marketing and sales campaigns.Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and related help materials.Upload applications to app stores (Apple Store, Google Play, Samsung, and LG Stores), ensure proper app configuration, and analyze app metrics in respective app stores.Manage inventory of our software licenses and relevant sales site configurations.Work closely with other teams to capture and identify business requirements.Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas.Advanced English.Advanced Excel.Deep knowledge of digital user behaviors and app interactions.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to successfully establish outcomes, manage expectations, handle cross-functional initiatives, and meet deadlines based on project requirements.Attention to detail, methodical, organized.Plus:Experience in telecommunications companies or startups, technology, mobile, internet, paid TV, SaaS, or other areas related to applications or web platforms.Experience with agile methodologies, project management experience.Ready to make an impact?
