* Qualify candidate resumes, manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment, and build strong relationships with internal teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Beeline technology.
* Basic proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
