**Job Summary**:
- Is developing an understanding of business, financials, HCM products/services, the market or account needs. Complexity is moderate (territory/assigned accounts, products/services, sales process). Has moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms. Is beginning to plan own territory or account approach and monitors resources.
- Job Family Description Works closely with marketing and sales teams providing responses to inbound web leads and phone referrals, qualifying prospects according to specific criteria, conducting cold calls to targeted lists, and educating prospects about the organization's products
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Require routine customer interaction; majority of the responsibilities involve direct selling or account management
- Have defined sales generation responsibility, emphasize in-depth knowledge in several categories
- Works closely with marketing and sales teams providing responses to inbound web leads and phone referrals
- Qualifying prospects according to specific criteria, conducting cold calls to targeted lists, and educating prospects about the organization's products.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- Functional Knowledge - Technical Expertise
- 2-5 years of experience is needed in order to accomplish the job objectives
**Languages Knowledge**:
- English
- Portuguese
- Spanish (is a plus)
