 
        
        Product Data Analyst – Self-Serve Product
We're building a world-class self-serve SaaS platform where growth is driven by our product.
You'll be the detective, storyteller, and strategist who deciphers user behavior, improving activation, conversion, and overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Translate data into actionable insights to guide improvements in onboarding, conversion, and feature usage.
 * Drive product clarity by tracking and communicating key self-serve metrics like activation, churn, and upgrade flows.
 * Unlock opportunities by identifying drop-offs or blockers in the funnel and proposing fixes that improve customer acquisition and retention.
 * Maintain accurate subscription and billing event data across tools.
 * Run A/B tests and product experiments to evaluate outcomes of growth or pricing changes.
 * Support scalable infrastructure by collaborating with product and marketing teams to optimize onboarding, pricing, and feature usage.
Requirements:
 * 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally with product-led growth or SaaS experience.
 * Fluency in SQL.
 * Experience in Tableau (or a similar BI tool), and ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling visual stories.
 * Familiarity with product metrics—activation, conversion, retention, LTV, and more.
 * Experience in product analytics—such as funnels, feature adoption metrics, A/B testing, and billing.
