What You'll Do?? Sales & Pipeline ManagementBuild and manage ahealthy pipeline of leadsthrough outbound and inbound efforts.
Execute thefull sales cycle, including outreach, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
Hit and exceedchallenging quotaswhile delivering measurable results.
?? Process & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate and updated lead and customer data in theCRM system(ClickUp experience is a plus).
Help define, refine, and documentsales processesto create scalable workflows.
Collaborate closely with leadership to developsales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
?? Product & Market ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding ofEasyHub's SaaS platform and IoT ecosystem.
Educate prospects about EasyHub's value proposition, delivering clear, compelling pitches.
What You'll Bring?? Skills & Tools?Proven Sales Experience- Demonstrated track record with measurable achievements.
?CRM Expertise- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (ClickUp preferred).
?Tech Savvy- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs) and digital tools.
?Strong Communication- Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Portuguese and English.
?Startup Mindset- Adaptable, resourceful, and excited about building from the ground up.
?? Language ProficiencyFluent in Portuguese and English(written and verbal) – You will engage with global teams and clients.
