Job Summary:We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive registration website builder to independently manage and support multiple events simultaneously.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating event details, and ensuring smooth event execution, both pre- and post-event.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for event coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Roles & Responsibilities:Independently Support 10-12 Medium, High and High+ events at one time with consistent and quality customer supportSupporting complex events with 4.5+ overall customer reviewCompletes event billing in a timely mannerConsult on meeting & event technology options for eventsEnsure the event is brand-compliantEnsure the event follows our compliance guidelines with approved consent, footers and integrations.Consults on OnArrival, Event in a Box, and other integrated attendee experience productsSupport Complex events / Series, multi-session, multi-admission itemsSupports Attendee Hub / Event AppCompletion of the Cvent - Basic Training Learning BoardSupport taskforces and special projects (as assigned)Qualifications:Professional & Technical Skills:Experience with the Cvent platform will be a plus.2+ years supporting M&E Registration sites under the following skills and responsibilities Comfortable speaking with customers in our universal business language; EnglishAbility to communicate effectively and support customers from various countries and time zones Excellent customer service Excellent time management skillsAbility to solve problems and team issues Multi-taskerEffective Written and Verbal Communications TrainingExcels at teams' communication process flow and live calls with Event Owners reviewing pending items and SLA'sAbility to work independentlySelf-starter for continued education on technologyFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams, a plusEvent planning experience, a plus Project Management experience, a plusKnowledge of onsite event technology, a plusExperience with Cvent, a plusFamiliarity with HTML, a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills and adept to working with new technology (Word, Power Point, Excel)Cvent certified in Event Management, Virtual Events, Hybrid Events, requiredCvent Event Management Advanced, Attendee Hub / Event App, a plusAdditional Information:- The ideal candidate will possess a strong meetings technology background along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Cvent Event Management Solutions.- This position is based at our BA office.About Our Company | Accenture
