Project Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives in our agile engineering environment.
* Owning end-to-end delivery of projects from planning through execution and completion
* Building and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
