Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead
BLKBOX is looking for a strategic lead to scale our creative testing engine across top mobile gaming partners. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and client success—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and loves solving complex problems.
Responsibilities include building and owning a structured creative testing framework end-to-end, identifying creative hypotheses, designing test plans, managing multi-channel test execution, analyzing performance data, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of performance marketing experience specifically in mobile marketing and mobile gaming UA, hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms, DSP experience, a proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale, deep understanding of performance metrics, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple parallel test tracks, work independently and cross-functionally, and present complex information clearly to C-level and game studio leadership.
Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience working with mobile gaming top-grossers, familiarity with creative scoring and iteration systems, knowledge of localization and geo-specific testing frameworks, background in creative production pipelines, understanding of creative fatigue curves, scaling signals, and platform learning phases, exposure to BI tools or SQL literacy, and a personal passion for gaming and/or mobile advertising trends.
