The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
* Act as the key liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
* Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency.
* Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can lead our Marketing Technology Transformation efforts in LATAM markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align with business objectives.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leaders, team members, and external partners.
* Provide guidance and direction to project managers and team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
* Maintain accurate records of program metrics, KPIs, and other relevant data to inform future decision-making.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably within digital or marketing technology transformation.
* Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools).
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (both preferred).
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
