We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on GoLang to join a cross-functional, solution-driven development team. You will play a key role in building new products, developing integrations, and continuously evolving our platform. Key Responsibilities Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver product-driven solutions; Develop and implement new features, products, and platform integrations; Build scalable, resilient web services and APIs using GoLang; Maintain high-quality standards through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices; Identify and fix bugs while monitoring and optimizing application performance; Contribute to aligning technical strategy with business objectives; Produce clear and well-structured technical documentation; Embody the team's values: ownership, innovation, collaboration, and customer empathy. Technical Requirements 3–5 years of professional software development experience; Strong hands-on experience with GoLang for backend development; Experience building scalable and fault-tolerant web services and APIs; Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases; Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services; Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Concourse or similar); Strong understanding of clean, testable, and maintainable code principles; Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests); Strong communication skills to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions; Growth mindset: commitment to continuous improvement, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
