Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

marketing leadership layer

This role exists to
own and execute
Momo Lifestyle's:

* Social media
* Content engine
* Influencer & UGC programs
* TikTok presence
* PR initiatives

…across all markets we operate in.

This is
not a support role
and
not a theory role
.

It's a
hands-on leadership position
with real ownership and visibility.

You will work
directly with the founders
and collaborate daily with:

* Designer
* Paid Ads Specialist
* Marketplaces Specialist
* Account Manager

Your mission:
to make Momo Lifestyle famous, turn content, creators, and brand presence into measurable business impact.

What You'll Own (Responsibilities)Social Media & Content (Global)

* Own strategy and execution for all social platforms
* Define content pillars per market (BR / US / UK)
* Plan, produce, publish, and optimize content consistently
* Work closely with the designer to maintain brand quality and coherence

Influencer & UGC Program

* Build and manage creator programs across all markets
* Prospect, onboard, brief, and manage influencers and UGC creators
* Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions, cost efficiency)
* Turn creators into a scalable acquisition and content engine

TikTok (High Priority)

* Own TikTok strategy end-to-end (formats, trends, hooks, creators)
* Coordinate organic content with TikTok Shop and paid efforts
* Test fast, learn fast, scale what works

PR & Brand Visibility

* Propose and execute digital-first PR initiatives
* Build relationships with creators, media, and partners when relevant
* Strengthen brand authority and awareness internationally

Cross-Team Alignment

* Ensure organic, paid, and marketplace messaging is aligned
* Act as the
orchestrator
, not a silo
* Keep communication clear and execution flowing

Structure & Scaling

* Organize workflows, calendars, and processes
* Prepare the ground to grow the marketing team when needed
* Leverage AI and online tools to multiply output without bloating headcount

Required Qualifications

* Fluent
spoken and written English
(mandatory)
* Proven experience in Social media operations
* Proven experience in
e-commerce
* Solid understanding of:
* Influencer & UGC marketing
* Digital marketing fundamentals
* Strong proficiency in
Google Drive & Google Workspace
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
* Ability to multitask without losing quality

Nice to Have (Differentials)

* Spanish language
* Experience with TikTok Shop
* Amazon listings and content
* Previous exposure to international brands
* Knowledge of e-commerce operations (orders, integrations)
