**Clinical Project Manager Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead our clinical projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory and GxP/GEP compliance, as well as experience in protocol implementation across regions.
The ideal candidate will be able to plan, execute, and close clinical projects within scope, time, and budget. This includes building timelines and managing risks, resources, and milestones.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control. They will also lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability among team members.
The Clinical Project Manager will communicate clearly with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable steps. They will anticipate issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to regulatory or operational changes.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of cross-functional clinical PM experience. They will also possess strong regulatory/GEP and RA/MOH knowledge, as well as the ability to interpret protocols across regions.
