Job Overview
The role of Head of Product Design is a key position within the organization, responsible for defining and driving the design vision across multiple platforms.
This includes leading end-to-end design for web and mobile, encompassing UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity. Additionally, the successful candidate will architect AI-native product experiences that feel intuitive and natural to users, enhancing trust in automation and critical workflows.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a product design strategy, building and maintaining UI/UX standards, designing AI-native experiences, conducting user research and usability testing, and mentoring a design team as it grows and evolves.

* An AI-forward mindset, capable of designing around AI to create natural and empowering experiences
* Comfort working with ambiguity, speed, and iteration, with technical and design skills including UI/UX design, UX research and prototyping, design systems, and modern frontend frameworks
