Job Title: Intelligent Workflow Developer
Carepod, a premium humidifier brand, is expanding its operations in the US, Canada, and Australia. To enhance business efficiency, we are looking for an expert to design intelligent workflows and automate tasks across various departments.
What You'll Do
Create AI-driven automations for marketing, operations, customer service, and reporting systems within the company
Integrate tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, and Zendesk to streamline processes
Design workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
Identify inefficiencies and transform them into efficient systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in automation, operations, or systems roles
Strong business process thinking
Clear English communication skills
Bonus points for experience with e-commerce, Python, and security-minded builds
