Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operations of our services. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders.
* SERVICE OPERATIONS AND ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create and maintain on-call coverage plans to ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
2. Determine incident priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews for your accounts.
