Sales Manager Job
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM, selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. You will build a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA)
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred)
