Trade Regulation Expert
This fully remote role involves researching and tracking global trade regulations, primarily across LATAM and North America. Key responsibilities include monitoring legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Maintain up-to-date awareness of regulatory changes across jurisdictions, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements.
* Track and analyze new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Bilingual: English + one LATAM language (Spanish or Portuguese).
* 5+ years of professional experience in tax, global trade, or international regulatory research.
* Working knowledge of SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems.
A collaborative team environment ensures research and documentation meet ISO process standards.
