Join this innovative team and help transform the future of technologyHighlights of this positionLocation: Indaiatuba/SP – Remote work modelLanguage requirement: English fluency (B2/C1 mandatory)Exposure to global IT operations, strong focus on AWS Cloud and automation, involvement in full application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitoring), collaboration with international teams, and participation in modernization and observability initiatives.SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:Our client is taking major steps in implementing best Cloud and DevOps practices, accelerating the deployment of standardized processes across its laboratories.One of the key IT applications for the Clinical Diagnostics division is the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) — a laboratory management system — currently under development to be implemented in clinical laboratories across Europe, and which will be hosted both on AWS (cloud) and on-premise (local servers).In this role, the professional will be part of the IT Operations team, supporting the lifecycle of the LIMS and related applications, working on cloud migration, deployment, observability, and modernization initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the application lifecycle, configuration, build, and release processes for the set of clinical applications.Participate in an on-call rotation, approximately one week every four.Collaborate with program and application architects.Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Deploy applications in cloud (AWS) and hybrid infrastructures.Help design deployment plans for AWS and hybrid environments.Bridge the gap between Development and Operations teams.Contribute to the technical activities in the DevOps backlog.Support colleagues in adapting to new ways of working.Support the lifecycle and operational tasks of applications.Maintain and expand technical documentation and DevOps guidelines.Act as part of the Level 3 (L3) support team for Clinical LIMS.Provide operational support to the program's agile teams.Continuously acquire and expand functional knowledge of the company's application portfolio, starting with LIMS.Plan and operate observability (monitoring) platforms for the Clinical LIMS application stack.REQUIREMENTS:Education:Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields.AWS certification required.Experience:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate DevOps or cloud migration (AWS).Technical Knowledge:Cloud infrastructure and administration: AWS (essential).Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, EKS.On-premise infrastructure (local servers).Deployment and release tools: Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, etc.Operational procedures: provisioning, installation, monitoring, support.Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, among others.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, RDS PaaS.Configuration Management (CMDB).Observability: preferably Grafana.SD-WAN networks (Velocloud) and Checkpoint firewalls.Languages:Fluent English (spoken and written) required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Location: Indaiatuba/SPAdvanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teamsWork Model: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)Contract type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract)Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Superior Idiomas:Inglês (Nativo)
