Apply today!Job DetailsUnder the general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the packaging preparation process with temperature control and material inventory management.ResponsibilitiesFollow the jobs awaiting packaging assembly through the TMS report.Carry out procedures for writing off packages and data loggers using the X-Act system.Manage inbound GTCs, Cocoons, Vip Tainers & Dry Shippers, and data loggers via the X-Act system for inventory visibility and updates.Manage inventory of ship units through the Cubbix system and update PCMs inventory weekly.Perform put-away and internal movements for World Courier and Non-World Courier packages using the electronic forklift; request preventive maintenance as needed.Conduct cycle counting for packages and other materials as per SOP WI-BRA-CORP-E001, and order new stock when necessary.Follow the Revalidation process for PCMs replacements to ensure qualification time maintenance.Replace PMCs for GRU and VIP airports as per SOP WI-BRA-OPS-E018.Monitor Dry Ice stock levels and order replacements when needed.Support the Liquid Nitrogen filling process for Dry Shippers and perform related tasks in TMS, X-Act, and EVO IS as per WI-BRA-OPS-CS004.Update TMS with jobs enrolled in reports for our area.Adhere to company security rules and use required PPE.Complete training as per Learning Portal requirements.Work overtime when necessary to complete activities outside normal hours.EducationBasic computer and office skills required. Knowledge of logistics routines such as inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics. At least 1 year of experience in cold chain operations. High school diploma required; university education isa plus.
