Service Desk Agent Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This key role requires advanced English and Spanish language skills, expertise in ITSM tools, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key responsibilities include attending incidents reported by users, recording calls, and advising users on processes not related to workstation problems.
Additional duties include following up on tickets, reporting real-time issues, and reviewing service levels to execute improvement measures.
