Giftsenda is an international corporate gifting platform designed to help marketing, sales, and HR teams break through the noise and build meaningful business connections across 200+ countries. We enable companies to launch automated gifting campaigns, send personalized SWAG, and track ROI straight from their existing workflows. We turn gifting into a highly effective customer acquisition and retention channel.


Position Overview

We are seeking an autonomous, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves the technical, creative, and human-to-human sides of modern outbound prospecting. Your primary mission is clear: design, build, and execute data-driven cold outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to scale Giftsenda’s sales pipeline. You can expect to spend 70% of your efforts on pipeline generation, with the opportunity to own deals as you grow.

Because we operate lean and fast, this is a full-cycle SDR role. While your core engine is pipeline generation, you have the polish and confidence to handle the full sales cycle, including running platform demos, closing deals, and stepping in to manage customer relationships when necessary. We need a self-starter who understands modern data orchestration, thrives on cold calling, and loves engaging with people and solving problems in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Outbound Pipeline Generation (Core Focus)
* Data Sourcing & Enrichment: Build highly targeted account and lead lists using professional social and B2B databases to identify key decision-makers.
* Outbound Data Orchestration: Utilize modern list-enrichment and data automation tools to build smart, highly customized lead tables, scrape custom triggers, and create deep data personalization that ensures our outreach stands out.
* Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and optimize high-volume outbound campaigns. You will own the full outbound sequence across cold email, touchpoints, and active daily phone outreach.
* Cold Calling & Phone Prospecting: Pick up the phone to consistently pitch, handle objections, and secure discovery calls with hard-to-reach decision-makers.
* Deliverability Management: Monitor inbox health, spamtrap metrics, and warmups to guarantee elite cold email deliverability.
2. Full-Cycle Sales & Account Care (Your Growth Path)


* Full-Cycle Selling: As you ramp, take prospects from first touch to close: run sharp discovery calls, deliver compelling demos of the Giftsenda platform, navigate pricing, and convert opportunities into customers.
* Dynamic Account Care: Manage onboarded clients and handle customer accounts as needed to ensure smooth platform adoption, early campaign success, and recurring retention.
* Feedback Loop: Partner with marketing and product teams to share market feedback, refine messaging hooks, and optimize the outbound playbook for everyone.

What We Are Looking For


* Experience: 1–3 years of outbound software/B2B sales experience. Strong preference for candidates who have managed both front-end pipeline generation (including phone prospecting) and closed deals.
* Excellent communication and English fluency. You write crisp, persuasive copy and speak with clarity and confidence on the phone - fluent or near-native English is essential, since you'll be pitching and building relationships in English-speaking markets every day.
* Phone Prospecting Skills: A proven track record of handling high-volume cold calling campaigns, with the resilience to navigate gatekeepers and the confidence to pitch value propositions live.
* Modern Outbound Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with premium professional databases, contact-sourcing directories, programmatic list-enrichment engines, specialized cold email automation software, and modern cloud dialers/sales engagement tools.
* Deliverability Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of modern cold email, domain setups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, warmup schedules, and copy-writing structures that avoid spam filters.
* Timezone & Schedule Alignment: You can reliably overlap with EST/CST business hours to reach our markets and stay in sync with the team.
* Collaborative Team Player: You are a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy sharing winning strategies with colleagues, communicating transparently, and brainstorming with marketing, product and sales teams to win deals together.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: You treat outbound sales like an engineering puzzle. You love analyzing conversion rates, diagnosing why a campaign isn't booking meetings, and adjusting the strategy.
* Tools: Working experience with some of the tools such as Hubspot CRM, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly.ai or similar.
* Remote Autonomy: You're disciplined and motivated in a remote setup, and you share what's working rather than sitting on it.
