Agile Practice Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Practice Specialist to join our Product & Engineering environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
• Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
• Experience working with distributed, global teams
