Project Resource Manager
This critical role plays a key part in ensuring that Professional Services teams are properly staffed, aligned, and equipped to meet project timelines and business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Regional Managers, the Senior Director of Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales to efficiently manage resources.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Maintain real-time visibility into resource capacity and project needs across the organization.
* Identify resources required for upcoming projects based on skills availability priorities serve as primary point of contact for project staffing collaborating with sales regional managers to ensure proper coverage for engagements assign consultants based on availability skill set manage daily operational responsibilities such as reviewing new projects pushed from Salesforce into Wrike confirming project metadata customer region product estimated hours key contacts establishing consistent processes for resource requests assignments developing tools dashboards reports to monitor utilization productivity performance identifying long-term workforce planning needs recommending training or recruitment needs forecasting future resource requirements collaboratively working with various stakeholders including leadership management team members technical leads services delivery leaders identifying process improvements implementing workflow optimization ensuring data accuracy efficiency consistency cross-system integration.
