We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team. This is a key role in helping us build and manage technical teams across multiple regions.
1. Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiation;
2. Assess candidates based on their technical skills and fit;
3. Source top talent proactively via professional networks and other platforms;
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality technical candidates across various regions and time zones;
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding;
* Contribute to recruitment process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
* 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
