In this role, you will design, implement, and execute efficient testing processes to identify potential issues early and ensure seamless functionality.
Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences by proactively addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement in product quality.What will you do:Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirementsPerform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications to validate usability and performance, in an agile manner that maintains the fast pace of deliveryIdentify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and inconsistencies using tools such as JIRA and Slack to facilitate team alignmentCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, and design) to understand requirements and proactively suggest quality improvementsConduct regression testing to ensure stability and reliability after code changes, deployments, and feature additionsStay informed on emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously refine testing strategiesCreate and present QA status reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and metrics to stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experienceProven experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar role, preferably with exposure to multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).Developer background or familiarity with coding practices to collaborate effectively with engineersDeep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processesFamiliarity with Agile development practices while being adaptable to other methodologies or workflowsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and investigate complex issues for a deeply technical platform, while maintaining a big-picture perspectiveClear and timely communication skills to effectively convey findings to technical and non-technical teamsProven ability to integrate testing seamlessly into existing workflows while supporting delivery timelinesNice to Have:Experience in the fraud & abuse space, particularly with systems designed to detect and prevent bots and human fraudProven success working in asynchronous communication environments, especially for managing and solving challenging projects with distributed teamsExperience testing for edge cases and behavior under unusual conditions, such as high traffic or attack scenariosFamiliarity with performance testing or security testing tools to support specialized QA needsWhat do we offer:Fully remote position with flexible working hoursAn inspiring team of colleagues spread all over the worldPleasant, modern development and deployment workflows: ship early, ship oftenHigh impact: lots of users, happy customers, high growth, and cutting-edge R&DFlat organization, direct interaction with customer teamsWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all members of our team.
