Role Description
The Head of Product Development will be the strategic bridge between our advanced AI capabilities and user value. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization of new conversational flows to the launch of premium features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive user retention and monetization (freemium to premium conversion).
• Conduct market research to identify high-value use cases in HealthTech and FinTech integration.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate complex GenAI capabilities into simple, intuitive WhatsApp interactions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, specifically in proactive AI behaviors (e.g., automated health nudges, financial insights).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing strategies to ensure product alignment with business growth goals.
This is a full-time, remote role, requiring hands-on leadership, strategic decision-making, and a passion for AI-driven UX.
Qualifications

Product Leadership:
Proven experience leading product lifecycles in SaaS, Fintech, or Healthtech startups.

AI/UX Sensibility:
Understanding of conversational interfaces (Chatbots/WhatsApp) and how to design "invisible" apps.

Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses and discover user pains.

Experience leading or collaborating with agile development teams.

Communication:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
